BREATHING TO RELIEVE STRESS AND ANXIETY

Have you ever been told to “take a deep breath” when you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety? It’s a phrase we’ve all heard countless times—offered like a universal remedy for emotional turbulence. But have you ever paused to consider the deeper wisdom behind those words? Beneath its simplicity lies a compelling question: Can something as instinctive and effortless as altering the way we breathe truly soothe the mind and quiet anxious thoughts? Surprisingly, modern science and ancient practices alike suggest that the answer may be yes.

AROMATHERAPY

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Although the word “aroma” makes it sound as if the oils are inhaled, they can also be massaged into the skin, or rarely, taken by mouth. You should never take essential oils by mouth without specific instruction from a trained and qualified specialist.

This dynamic workshop is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and clarity you need to confidently launch your business. You’ll gain an understanding of your role, the power of a clear vision and well-defined goals, and the critical importance of choosing the right legal structure.

UNDERSTANDING REFLEXOLOGY

A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT For the YOUTH

Cultivate positive financial habits in children early. Receive all necessary training & tools. Educate, motivate, engage kids of all ages to form positive financial habits.

HEALTHY EATING for the YOUTH

This workshop teaches youth the importance of eating healthy and understanding how to read food labels, so they know what they’re consuming. It also covers the layout of grocery stores and explains why keeping fruits and vegetables on hand and ready to eat is a smart habit.

SELF-CARE FOR THE CARE GIVER

This workshop deals with the physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one. While it can be exhausting and even lead to burnout. It’s important to maintain your own health and well-being so you can provide the best possible care.

LET’S WRAP IT

The “Let’s Wrap It” workshop ladies will learn various head wrapping techniques using multiple types of fabric and other secret items. You will leave looking like a Queen.
